A leading food manufacturing company based in Scarborough are looking for Facilities Co-Ordinator to support on a temporary ongoing basis. Some of the key responsibilities:

- Liaise and support the IT Department in the successful operation of AV Equipment in meeting rooms, and office areas.
- Receive training and development to be a Condeco Super User, supporting office users with any issues or queries.
- Maintain an active log of faults and defects with IT infrastructure, hardware and software and acting as a liaison with IT to support and address.
- Management & re-ordering of all consumable stocks & supplies for the Office facility, photo copier toners and paper etc.
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders on “Fixture and Fittings” faults, defects & expediting appropriate corrective measures with service provider in a timely manner.

This will be working Monday -Friday 7.30am-3.30pm 30 minutes of lunch (later starts can be accommodated) the hourly rate will be £12.00 per hour.
