The shop also stocks a delightful range of new goods that includes season product, wool, household items, cards and sweets.

About you

Do you have an eye for a bargain, get excited about sustainable fashion or love helping customers discover pre-loved treasures? As a Volunteer Shop Assistant you will be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our charity work.

How you’ll benefit
- Join a friendly team & make new friends
- Gain confidence & customer service skills
- Get valuable retail experience & enhance your CV
- Receive discounted donated goods and travel expenses
- Give back to your community
- Support people through the most difficult times of their lives

You will also be helping us to inspire communities to provide more care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Full training will be provided, and travel at a reasonable local rate can be reimbursed for shifts of four hours or more, as agreed with the local manager.

How much time does the role take up?

Volunteering is flexible and can be a regular morning or afternoon. You can opt for weekdays, weekends, or as and when you are available.

Why not arrange a taster session?
