Medical PA, Band 4 - Breast Care

You will work alongside 1 other Band 4 Medical PA, as well as 2 Medical Secretaries. You will liaise closely with the Breast Care Centre and Admissions Teams to ensure the patient pathway is as smooth as possible.

Medical secretarial experience is required as well as excellent IT skills. A good typing speed is needed as there is a large volume of dictation from the clinical team. You will also share the responsibility of doing the consultant rotas, sorting MDT outcomes and booking patients in for theatre. Appraisals, induction of new staff, minuting of meetings will also be part of this role.
