**Insurance Care Manager - Bristol**

**So, what does the role of a Care Manager here involve?**
This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs as well as managing and growing the team to achieve Company forecasts, plans, targets and budgets with new and existingcustomers. You will offer advice and guidance on risk management issues whilst ensuring your team adhere to compliance instructions and protocols.
The above is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives.
**What experience does our Care Manager need?**
It’s essential that you have experience gained from within the Insurance Industry preferably from the Care sector. Solid general commercial insurance background would be considered and ideally you will be CERT qualified.
You will also need to have knowledge of the law of agency, the Data Protection Act, credit management procedures, FCA Regulations for dealing with customers and client money, and money laundering legislation. It would be a bonus if you have any relevantqualifications, although we offer plenty of opportunity to gain these once you join us.

- Next, we need you to be proactive, analytical, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
- Strong team management skills including leading by example, mentoring, coaching and providing guidance when required.
- An enthusiastic team player who can quickly build trust with the team and customers and have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
- Always demonstrate integrity, not only is this essential within a financially regulated organisation, it’s also the right way to be.
This can be a hybrid working role after probation is passed with 2 days working from home on Mondays and a Fridays working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Transport links to the office are excellent as we have West Croydon bus garage opposite,west Croydon train station a minute walk and East Croydon a few minutes away plus tram links.
