**About You**:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and help revolutionise marketing efforts in an industry not typically known for pushing boundaries. You’ll be familiar with working in a remote capacity and have the self-discipline to keep yourself motivated. You’ll have several years graphic design experience, creating digital and physical assets.

**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at QualitySolicitors, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and supporting our network of law firms. This is a remote role, where you'll collaborate and sync with the rest of the marketing team via Microsoft Teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing graphic design requests from multiple member law firms and assisting with the branding and collateral of QualitySolicitors. You’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. While experience with the UK legal system is not a prerequisite, your creative prowess and design expertise are essential to ensure our brand materials are impactful and aligned with our strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling artwork for a diverse range of marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, posters, banners, social media assets, and website content.
- Handle day-to-day design requests and contribute to larger-scale campaigns, showcasing your ability to adapt to various design needs.
- Curate and manage a repository of marketing materials, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
- Drive logo design initiatives, ensuring our visual identity remains fresh and impactful.
- Utilise video editing skills to enhance multimedia content, bringing our messaging to life.
- Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of brand guidelines, maintaining visual coherence across all collateral.
- Foster strong relationships with our member firms, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored design solutions.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar graphic design role, demonstrating a proven track record of creating visually engaging content.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must, along with experience in Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every design element is executed to a high standard.
- Exceptional organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in an agency or client-side setting.
- Valid driving license and ability to commute to St Ives, Cambridgeshire on a regular basis.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Familiarity with a remote marketing team.
- Basic knowledge of the UK legal system (although not mandatory).
