Our client is a multi-technical service provider with expertise in the areas of electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), cooling, mechanical, digital and IT, and facility management that will support customers in their energy, industrialand digital transitions.

They are recruiting for a HR advisor based in Manchester. Within this role you would be responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters, supporting line managers to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance, andcost control to drive improved engagement and financial results.

**Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5:30 (Hybrid-working/Remote)**

**Salary: £31k-£37.5k based on experience**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment support once approved, liaising with line managers and the resourcing team to optimise opportunities
- Ensuring attendance management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
- Advice on early-stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate only
- Support with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time
- Disseminating of communications, spreadsheet, policies & processes, and updates on progress against people objectives
- Providing general HR assistance and acting as the link between the HR team and Employee Services in the SSC
- Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced
- Continually review personal performance ensuring it meets the needs of users.

**Experience**:

- Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage
- Experience in an HRA role or an FM management role
- Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
- Some knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Demonstrated practical approach to problem solving
- Experience of gathering and presenting data
- Practical approach to problem solving
