Johnsons Accountants is a growing business which currently has 3 offices based in London and Buckinghamshire.

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an office or administrative role and a financial background would be an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) knowledge of Xero an advantage, social media platforms.
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Due to the location of the office own transport and full UK Driving Licence required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
