_**About Us**_
- **The Position**_

As an Sales Consultant, this role will be principally sales based, where you will be responsible for winning new business as well as increasing business within the current client base.

Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role, and you will be expected to, when required, support the existing team with the day to day operation of the branch. Duties will involve booking out workers to temporary and permanent placements, answering the phone and dealing with clients’ queries.

You will be required to:

- Seek out new sales opportunities.
- Increase business within the current client base
- Execute our sales activity pipeline (flyer, mail, telesale, follow up).
- Arrange and attend regular sales meetings.
- Conduct any other task(s) as reasonably requested by the Regional Manager or Director.

- Previous sales experience **(essential)**:

- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Experience utilising time and organisation skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone looking for a dynamic and exciting role where no two days are the same

Reports to: Branch Manager

Hours of work: 40 per week, between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
