We have an exciting opportunity to join Northampton Partnership Homes as the Right to Buy and Leasehold Services Officer.
You will be responsible for delivering the Leasehold and Right to Buy services provided, ensuring leaseholders are properly consulted, briefed, and involved in investment and improvement plans and proposals for regeneration for their area, delivering a high-qualityservice, to ensure a consistent system enabling the Council to fulfil statutory and financial responsibilities.
You will need to have the relevant experience of delivering services to leaseholders and a clear understanding of the relevant Right to Buy legislation, regulations, and best practice in provision of leasehold services, including consultation under section20, issuing leasehold service charges, and undertaking leasehold consultation prior to and post works.
The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies is essential. We are looking for applicants with effective decision-making skills, who can work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success. You will be solutions-focusedand believe passionately in delivering outstanding customer service and ensure positive performance
Possession of a clean driving licence and use of a vehicle for work are essential.
