Education Inclusion Workers

We have two opportunities in the Inclusion Service for enthusiastic and committed people who would like to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Leicestershire. Both of these roles involve supporting pupils who are experiencing difficulties in accessing education and need support to overcome their barriers. The roles are detailed below, applicants are invited to consider either role when completing the online form.

**Education Youth Worker-37hrs Fixed Term**
The Inclusion Service works with children, young people and their families to support them to achieve the best outcomes possible. This role within the Service is aimed at supporting young people where there are vulnerabilities due to emotional wellbeing that prevents the young person from engaging in education. The principal aim is to support the young person to build resilience against the barriers to education through planned interventions and innovative delivery styles.
