**Job Title**:Content Developer

**Contract Details**:

- **1-year contract with a 3-month probation + **Extension based on performance.
- **Initially, £22K ~ £25K **annually**,** depending on experience and job coverage
- **Performance bonus,** based on individual KPI
- **Basic bonus,** depending on the company's performance as we pass our BEP
- **Hybrid work, **9am to 5pm (1hour lunchtime)

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Course Development Assistance**:

- Assist in developing our course materials and videos: creating **infographic PowerPoint **materials, creating PPT videos, video editing, and publication.
- **Format and publish** practical M&A report documents.

**2. Research Publication**:

- **Edit existing M&A content and publish books or reports on Amazon** under our brand.
- Create newsletters or reports / **format good-looking documents **to upload to our blog.

**3. Website Sub-management**:

- Learn our website interface, benchmark against existing players, and suggest ideas for further development from an operational perspective.
- Collaborate with our web developer to suggest improvements for the e-learning experience.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven ability to create engaging and professional **infographic PowerPoint** presentations.
- Posting **good looking blog using SEO** techniques and WordPress Elementor.
- Creating **well-designed documents**, videos, books, and reports.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- ChatGPT skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Knowledge in Complex Excel Function

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
