As well as this, one of your main priorities will be to to help increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our clients' website or physical location, and ultimately increase sales.

This is an entry level position, suitable for anyone looking to take the first steps into a marketing career, or looking for a new environment to further develop their current skills. We place a lot of emphasis on the internal development of our teams, so if you are successful with us you will have ample amounts of opportunity to dive into different areas of marketing, while develop your soft and hard skills through consistent feedback and mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant**:

- Coordinate and attend promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as vendors, agencies, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and customer service, to support the overall marketing and business objectives of the company.
- Suggest new and improved content to increase engagement with our clients' customers.
- Manage sales leads via CRM.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and multi-task
- Uses initiative when faced with challenges and flexibility in approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and self-management skills.

**Salary**: £24,052.01-£26,429.03 per year
