Duties & Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include:

- Control of the purchase and sales ledgers, including the reconciliation of supplier accounts and generating payment runs
- Raising sales exchange invoices
- Chasing customer debts and other credit control duties
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Posting journals
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Detailed Analysis at Month End
- Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management
- To perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the finance department
- You will be working towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Have previous experience as a finance assistant
- Demonstrable experience of administrative systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
- A good working knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable although not essential
- Driven & ambitious
