Boeing is hiring Airline **CBTA Liaison Officer** to support customer airline implementation of Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence Based Training (EBT) programs and services requiring engagement with airlines to facilitate efficient and effective implementation of the Boeing program.

This position may need to travel to regional customer and Boeing offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of Boeing customer airlines through the implementation of the Boeing CBTA program.
- Support Boeing customer airlines by improving pilot resilience through the implementation of the Boeing CBTA program.
- Work closely with the airline team to identify and deliver all associated safety benefits
- Understand and anticipate airline requirements to ensure the Boeing CBTA program is implemented efficiently & effectively.
- Manage the relationship with airline senior management to ensure that their requirements and timescales are fully met
- Maintain the Boeing CBTA airline adoption processes and procedures to assure the Boeing CBTA program is implemented within agreed timescales.
- Act as the interface between the airline stakeholders and the Boeing delivery and specialist teams to ensure optimum allocation of resources
- Recommend actions to address implementation challenges, track actions and respond to customer CBTA requirements
- Identify, manage and escalate project dependencies, risks and issues
- Maintain progress reports and status to Training Deployment management.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience working within a flight crew (pilot) training environment
- Knowledge of airline Flight Operations & Training policies and procedures.
- Customer focus & attention to detail
- Proficient in spoken & written English

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a flight operations or flight training role or equivalent aviation regulatory position.
- Knowledge & experience of Flight Operations Training processes, practices and procedures related to CBTA/EBT programs and other aviation safety training programs.
- Understanding of flight crew training including design, development, oversight and management or training programs.
- Experience & understanding of aviation Training regulatory requirements, qualification and standards.
- Experience in managing projects & programs.
- Previous experience as a pilot instructor (SFI/TRI) or ground based pilot instructor desirable.

**Relocation**

area of the Boeing facility in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, UK (8 miles south of Manchester airport) or relocate at their own expense.
