Key responsibilities
Customer Service
- To use rapport, empathy & questioning skills as appropriate to provide an effortless customer experience which strengthens the relationship with our customers / residents.
- Undertake any other duties in line with the role as required.
- Take ownership and effectively and proactively resolve customer enquiries with a ‘Right First Time’ aim and approach for all Housing, Income, Repairs and tenancy related enquiries.
Professionalism
- To politely and professionally answer all calls offered and seek guidance where necessary.
- Create and present a positive and professional image of the organisation to its customers and to colleagues #

Working with Others
- To develop strong relationships with other colleagues & departments.
- To challenge existing procedures to develop better working practices.

Team work
- Be flexible by assisting and covering for your colleagues when requested.
- Participate in team meetings and forums with other Clarion staff.
- Set and maintain high standards of performance

Experience and pre-qualification criteria
- Good general education including English and maths
- Understanding and appreciation of the need to deliver top quality customer services.
- Work to agreed service standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and an understanding of The General Data Protection Regulations
- Good typing skills
- Multitasking e.g. type, talk and listen at the same time (Desireable)
- Computer literate (to enable use of database and Microsoft Office systems)
- Professional Communication Skills
- Experience of providing professional customer service
- Can demonstrate the ability to solve problems.
- Experience of working in a multi-channel Contact/Call Centre (Desireable)
- Experience of working under pressure
- Experience of using social media in a business environment (Desireable)
