Fully Remote - with adhoc visits to Burgess Hill.

Workload Management & Prioritisation:

- Planning repeatable tasks in calendar
- Managing ad hoc task requests, triage and prioritisation
- Daily administration duties, i.e running of daily / weekly and
- monthly reports.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and effective time management.
- Providing general administrative support for customer contracts
- to meet key deliverables.

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

- Reviewing and checking documents and data, checking
- consistency of information.
- Maintaining accurate records for monitoring and reporting
- Ensure tasks are handled within the agreed service levels and
- quality standards.
- Willing to challenge and develop new ways of working by
- continuously developing and maintaining knowledge,
- understanding and awareness of company products, processes,
- policies and procedures

Customer/Colleague experience:

- Dealing with requests and queries from external and internal
- Be passionate about engaging with internal and external
- customers and go the extra mile to identify and assess
- customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Communication & collaboration:

- A strong team player.
- Proactively and resourcefully committed to providing superior
- service, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Responding in a timely manner and keeping people informed
