We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our client's team, based in Chiswick, west London. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
**Your primary responsibilities as Receptionist will include**:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Overseeing the meeting rooms
- Dealing with couriers, taxi's and deliveries
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Providing general administrative support to staff as needed
**The ideal Receptionist will have**:
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computerised systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
