**Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota**

**Salary - £23,084 per annum plus pension and company benefits.**

We are thrilled to announce that we are due to open a brand-new Brewers Decorator Centre in St Ives and we have a very exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Retail Sales Advisor, who is passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service to help this new team and develop sales in our new store

Experience with our products isn't necessary, if you have experience in retail, have the drive and motivation to do a great job and can bring exceptional customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything else you need to succeed.

Our new St Ives store is located just a stones through from St Ives & Carbis Bay, the new addition to Brewers is west bound on the A30, just past the St Ives/ St Erth Roundabout and will have easy access to Hayle and Penzance. This will be our first store on the North Atlantic coast in West Cornwall, the store will support our continued development in the area as the premier decorating destination for professional decorators and home décor enthusiasts.

Once opened the store will stock an extensive product range which includes trade and designer paint brands such as Armstead, Crown, Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Johnstones, Sadolin as well as our own brand, Albany. We also offer a full product range via our delivery service which runs from the branch. Store opening hours will be Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.
With our range of paint tinting machines in store, we offer the widest range of options to our customers whether that be professional decorators or retail customers taking on a home décor project. In addition, our customers will also find a comprehensive range of wallcovering options as well as all the tools and materials needed to get the job done.

**As a Retail Sales Advisor with Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
- Developing sales of the Company product range including wallpaper, paint and fabric
- Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
- Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Assisting with stock maintenance in the branch
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store

**Who we are looking for to join our team**:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
