Working in a busy and vibrant call centre, based at our fantastic St Ives office, with free parking, a modern working environment with nearby amenities and on site restaurant, this sales advisor opportunity will appeal to confident sales people, keen to earn great money with a fantastic commission scheme
THE JOB
You will be selling our legal service to customers already in the process of buying or selling a property. The great part is, you're selling them something that they absolutely need You will sell the benefits of working with Simplify, The UK's leading independent conveyancing and property services group, based at our modern site in St ives with free parking
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES ADVISOR
- **To sell the benefits of Simplify conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.**:
- **Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads**:
- **Answering inbound calls**:
- **Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets**
OUR HIRING PROCESS:

- In some cases, we might invite you for a second interview
- If successful, we make the offer and get the ball rolling

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous sales experience in a sales role
- Able to commute to the St Ives area of Cambridge
- Self
- motivated & Proactive
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
