Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons
- Providing 1:1 support to SEN students as required
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students with their academic and personal development
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant experience working in a school environment
- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to the welfare and development of students
- Experience working with SEN students is desirable

**Working with Long-term Teachers**:
