**The role - Financial Transactions Officer**

As Financial Transactions Officer you will work across all the financial transaction functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash book postings, credit card processing.

**What you’ll do**

You will
- Process payments and invoices against purchase orders accurately and timely as per company procedures.
- Dispatch remittance advices for payments.
- Deal with accounts payable and receivable queries from internal and external customers to ensure quick resolution.
- Process BACS and cheque payment requests.
- Import data into Finance system (SUN) from Housing Management system resolving any coding issues where necessary.

**Skills and experience we'd like you to have**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is part qualified AAT or studying towards this.
- Has previous accounting administration experience
- Has proven working experience of accounts payable, receivable, cashbook and reconciliation.
- Has previous experience of financial systems - SUN, Q&A and Proactis
