**You will be expected to**:

- Draft marketing details for property adverts;
- Prepare and manage lettings documentation and certificates;
- Assist the Lettings Manager with delivering on opportunities to generate new business;
- Carry out general office duties in support of the wider team;
- Commit to hold the vision and values of Comfort Lettings and be happy to confidently promote Comfort Lettings with honesty and integrity.

- A flexible approach, positive attitude and willingness to adapt;
- Share our core values of integrity and a desire to deliver work to the best of your ability;
- Self motivated and ambitious;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Preferred: The Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. If you do not have the Level 3 Award you will be expected to achieve this within your first year in the role and will receive a £1500 salary uplift on completion.
- Drivers Licence;
- Education: A Levels or equivalent.

**We will offer you**:

- A competitive salary structure;
- Pay bands include a £1200 contribution to parking;
- The upper pay band includes expected OTEs from our bonus scheme
- approx 10% of salary;
- The pay bands for this role reflect an expectation that our Lettings Negotiators have the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management
- England and Wales. If you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator without the Level 3 Award you will receive the £1500 salary uplift once the Level 3 Award has been achieved.
