**Job Role: Lettings Administrator**
**Location: Nottingham City Centre**
**Salary: £19,000 - £23,500 dependant on experience**

**Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join one of the most respected companies within the property industry. We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our clients friendly team

This role involves all aspects of office administration within a successful and lettings admin.

**Lettings Administrator duties include**:

- Providing all round administration support to the sales and lettings team
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Booking viewings
- Processing visits, check-out, and inventory reports
- Preparation of keys and instructions for the viewers
- Preparing contracts and handling confidential details
- Answering calls, assisting with queries, and taking messages

**The successful Lettings Administrator will be / have**:

- Proven Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to self-motivate and work individually as well as a team
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
