Are you looking for a new role in HR?Our client is seeking 2 Assistant HR Business Partners / HR Advisors to join their busy & expanding team.This role is paying £25,434-£32,934 PA and offers hybrid working, the expectation is for to you to be in theoffice 3 days a week, however you can present more if you wish You would be working a 37.5-hour week. This role also comes with a extensive benefit package.

JOB ROLE
To support managers at attendance meetings to first stage formal of the policy & support on conduct matters. To support HR BPs in providing admin support with on the provision & analysis of information, compiling & reporting on statistics, admin duties includingkeeping accurate records.

DUTIES
Acting as first point of contact, to respond to queries.
- Monitor changes in employment policies & legislation, prepare briefings & ensure that the HR BP are updated.
- General advice of HR issues, e.g. annual leave calculations, flexible working requests, maternity / paternity leave. To provide consistent advice & guidance to managers using expertise & knowledge, in dealing with HR matters, including attendance, capability/ performance, disciplinary & resourcing issues, supporting managers & involvement in investigations, preparation for cases for hearings & participation in meetings (sensitive & complex)
- To support in the provision of an effective employee relations casework management process, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying & harassment. To be responsible for the recording & logging of employee relation cases.
- To attend first level meetings, provide advice & support to line managersIncluding managing attendance, disciplinary, grievance.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation & policies & procedures & prepare briefings & ensure that the HR BPs are effectively updated.
- To provide high level support in the management of poor performance, misconduct & sickness absence issues, & provide a focus on wellbeing.
- Working with the L&D team, support managers to identify training needs & support delivery of programmes.
- To provide support to the HR BPs with change initiatives, including administrative processes behind staff consultations, avoidance of redundancy situations and TUPE Transfers.
- Responsibility for ensuring that HR information / Administrative systems ie redeployment register, case spreadsheets / ESR trackers are kept upto date with sufficient and appropriate information.
- Support the HR team in advising managers on best practice recruitment procedures as required including advice on selection methods, job description and person specification design and evaluation processes.
- Support HR BPs in setting up and arranging disciplinary, grievance and other such hearings
