**About The Role**

You will be working and assisting in leading a brand-new project from the very start all the way to the very end, this project is one of the studios most exciting projects to date and one that has everyone in the studio talking You will be tasked with managingthe schedules of multiple departments within the team, to ensure that milestones are agreed, detailed, and delivered as expected. Identifying resource requirements and expectations while managing the project budget and tracking actual project spend versusplanned spend and constantly updating projections. We are looking for someone who has led projects in the past and has worked with large teams with preferably over 4 years of production experience to their name. Experience on a VR title would be ideal butis not an essential factor.

**Key Requirements**
- 4+ years' experience in Game Production
- 1 full development cycle from pre-production to release
- Experience with managing multi-disciplined teams of 30+ people
- A strong understanding of Jira

**Skills**
- Excellent communication
- A flexible approach to working with IP requirements and demands
- Ability to mentor junior production team members
- Identifying and resolving conflicts between budget, schedule, and design goals
