The Role
The **Senior Producer **role at Verse is pivotal to the success of our product and service delivery as you are responsible for the overall management of our projects. You will be instrumental in the efficient delivery, and pay particular attention to overseeing budgets, allocating resources,, as well as ensuring our clients are ‘delighted’ by continuously exceeding their expectations.
**Senior Producers** are communication champions, ensuring that there is collaboration between our internal departments, particularly our commercial team and our technical and design teams. whilst also making sure that we are working efficiently, maximising on profit and flagging any issues or areas of risk.
Reporting into our Studio Lead, you will ensure all client work, and internal projects are delivered inline with Verse product and services standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
- You will oversee projects and retainers assigned to you, and ensure all projects, large and small, are delivered on-time and to specification
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of a project by assigning tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and making revisions as required
- Maintain open communication within the Verse team, encouraging daily stand-ups and working closely with Sales and Customer Success departments
- Track and measure billable resource keeping utilisation high, in line with company OKRs
- Provide assistance through the sales process for capacity planning and estimation
- Coordinate scoping tasks, to ensure new work is scoped out accurately and quickly
- Remove any blockers ensuring efficiencies remain high, reporting back regularly to the Studio Lead.
- Maintain close relationships with our clients, maximising on opportunities
- Offer a ‘Rapid response’ to fix issues and simple bugs quickly You will keep an eye out for simple changes to expedite them through the team.
- Ensure quality of work, having ownership of the end product delivered to a client, demonstrating a competent understanding of the functionality that is being delivered
- Confidently report to stakeholders on progress of work, detailing any issues

Desired Specialist Knowledge & Experience
- Experience of working within a digital agency environment.
- Experience with various project management methodologies, including Waterfall & Agile approach.
- A good understanding of content management systems and 3rd party ecosystems [Shopify & Craft CMS]
- Competent in utilising project management systems for running and tracking projects, including time tracking.
- Excellent customer-facing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to speak with confidence on digital technologies and digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Can work autonomously with mínimal supervision, quick to respond and can quickly create solutions to a wide variety of issues.
- Good written, verbal and numerical skills
