**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

**Key skills and experience**:

- Previous Front Office, Groups, Reservations, Events, high-end Restaurant and/or Sales experience desirable.
- Understanding of hotel and food & beverage operations and ability to build strong relationships across different departments.
- Excellent English - both written and spoken.
- Exceptional telephone and customer care skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS and/or Sales & Catering), MARSHA and/or Open Table is desirable.
- Multiple languages are an advantage.
