The role
- To assist Project Managers in managing planning and controlling diverse Land & Nearshore projects around the world, ensuring adherence to Fugro’s high Health & Safety standards whilst delivering projects on time and in-line with commercial targets, with a significant focus as leading/owning the Planning, programming and analysis duties of such projects. Always leading by example to create a positive health and safety culture.
- To ensure client satisfaction throughout the contract, build successful relationships each time and create a client focused atmosphere with the team.
- To engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that company and project programmes are developed with the correct level of detail and to a high standard.
- The role will also incorporate internal resource planning and assisting Internal managers in planning and resourcing roles.
Who we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Degree or HND level or equivalent education.
- Extensive experience in programme management, developing and maintaining programmes in accordance with a wide range of forms of contract including and not limited to NEC.
- MS Project & Primavera P6 experience is required.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of project programmes.
Desired:
- Demonstrable experience in a construction management or site investigation.
- Experience in construction, piling and/or drilling would be highly desired.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Excellent time and management skills and the ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Ability to work for, and with clients and stakeholders.
