We are a friendly team of 10 employees in our Lutterworth office all working together to maintain our fantastic reputation and continue to grow the business.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a new addition to our small, friendly team to help with the busy role of Recruitment and to support the people team with admin duties to ensure that we all continue to maintain our excellent standards throughout the business.
You will be working alongside our current Recruiter to assist with the recruitment processes, creating content for recruitment job boards and advertising media and to build good relationships in the community through events.
This position is mainly office based working Monday to Friday
**Qualifications**:
Previous Customer Service experience is essential
Time management and Prioritisation skills
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Confident to talk to people face to face and on the telephone.
Caring
Organised
Attention to details and the ability to follow processes to ensure compliance.
