**TEAM LEADER**
**Salary Range**: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum
**Hours of work**: Full time 37 hours per week. Part time will be considered. Flexible working hours to include evenings, weekend, and public holidays according to the needs of the service.

SEA Services is an expanding organisation that provides specialist services to Deaf and Deaf/blind people.
SEA is a fully accessible organisation for Deaf people.
**The Role**:
We seek to employ an experienced Team Leader to manage an established team within our supported living accommodation and community services. The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the team, quality monitoring of services to ensure clients are receiving an excellent service and supervising staff. The role also involves the continuous improvement of services and the opportunity to be involved in the development of new services.
**About you**:
- Good communication skills (minimum level of British Sign Language Level 2 or above)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Management Qualification at Level 5 is desirable although full training will be provided.
- Experience of supervision, identifying training needs and all documentation relating to high quality support services.
- Monitoring of services and ensuring CQC compliance is met to an excellent standard.
