Housekeeping, play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations and public areas. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests during their stay. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks, adhering to established standards, and contributing to the overall positive guest experience.

**Duties will include**:
**Accommodation Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize accommodation according to established standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report any findings to the appropriate department.

**Public Area Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as receptions, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas, including restrooms and guest facilities.

**Laundry Duties**:

- Collect and process dirty linens and towels for washing.
- Organize clean laundry for distribution to accommodations.

**Stock and Inventory**:

- Ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities is available.
- Report any inventory shortages or maintenance needs to the housekeeping team leader.

**Collaboration with Team**:

- Communicate effectively with other housekeeping staff and collaborate on tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with training new housekeeping team members as needed.

**Guest Interaction**:

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move objects as necessary.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
