**Job Description**:
Depending on your specific technical experience you will be accountable for:
+ Conducting and delivering projects across a range of social consulting and advisory projects where your activities may include planning, research, measurement, engagement or reporting;
+ Managing tasks and projects covering social impact or value delivery, quality and financial management;
+ Working alongside or supporting and mentoring team members to build their capacity and expertise;
+ Liaising and collaborating with colleagues, clients and their advisors to deliver work on time, budget and achieving excellence in delivery;
**+ Multitasking**: working across several projects and proposals at one time;
+ Preparing costed proposals and other business development materials (e.g. for webinars, flyers, case studies, etc.);
+ Building positive long-term client relationships;
+ Building internal networks to promote social impact, value and advisory services within AECOM;
+ Supporting the social impacts and value team leadership and wider Carbon & ESG practice leadership to identify and secure new internal and external opportunities; and

+ Assessing social and equality impacts using a range of social research methods including primary fieldwork, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and evaluation

**Qualifications**:
+ Demonstrated experience and understanding of at least one or two areas below:
+ Knowledge and evidenced understanding of the implications of the Equality Act 2010 in relation to planning, major infrastructure, urban regeneration and environmental enhancement schemes.

+ Experience in social and/or equality impact assessment of projects, policies or plans.

+ Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis.

+ Experience in measuring social value created by projects.

+ Knowledge and/or experience of using social value measurement tools such as the national TOMs framework.

+ Experience in human rights and modern slavery due diligence including in supply chains.

+ Some experience of project management, including client liaison and the financial management aspects.

+ Project and financial management experience;
+ Commercial awareness for business development, marketing, and proposal preparation;
**+ Problem solving abilities**: Self-starter, who can design and deliver work under own initiative.
