Specific Accountabilities

1. Fundamentals of the Job
- Responsible for category management of ingredients, packaging and consumables as signed by direct report.
- Ensure stocks are available to fulfil production demands
- Ensure all new product lunches are achieved, relating to your categories.
- Ensure the reporting of any ‘Stock Outs’ is maintained in a timely manner to all revenant stakeholders. Root causing and implementing corrective actions to prevent a reoccurrence.
- Set and maintain stocks levels as agreed with line manager.
- Maintain KPIs as assigned by line manager.
- Strive to add continuous approvement to the Purchasing Supply Chain Team (PSCT) in whatever means brings benefit to the company and/or other team members
- Liaise with Stores Teams across all sites.
- Attending NPD meetings and others as requested by line manager.
- Where applicable work to source and secure materials at best sustainable commercials.

2. Personnel & Training
- Highlight any training requirements that you and the team may require to ensure that you can undertake your job efficiently & effectively.
- Ensure that all necessary resources & equipment are available for you and the team to carry out your role
- Familiarise yourself with company procedures relating to the workplace, and how we manage our people.

3. The 6 Agreements of Collaboration and Performance Management
- Role Model the use of the 6 Agreements of Collaboration.
- Demonstrate best use of the 6 agreements of Collaboration.
- Ensure you are familiar with your Job Description and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that relate to your position.
- Ensure delivery of your own KPIs,
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in your bimonthly performance management review meeting.
- Comply with all necessary legislation and company policies.

4. Health and Safely

It is incumbent upon each, and every employee (including temporary employees and agency workers) to maintain and where possible improve the level of Health and Safety controls within the Company.

You will use the Hazard Detection Sheets; and any suggestions of ways to minimise hazards should be raised either through your line manager, or the Company Health and Safety Manager.

As a member of the PSCT, you should ensure that you and other members of the team.
- Comply with Health and Safety Policy and any other more specific safety policies or Standard Operating Procedures in place.
- Helps the department co-operates with the Company in meeting its statutory duties.
- Take reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
- That no one intentionally or recklessly interferes with, or misuses, anything provided in the interests of health and safety.
- All accidents, health risks, dangerous occurrences and near misses are immediately reported to your line manager.
- The department fully participate and cooperate with any risk assessment or accident investigation.
- The department is fully conversant with all Fire Procedures applicable to the area in which they are working. You will be the Fire Marshall and should be fully competent in this role.
- Where applicable, all equipment provided for personal safety (PPE) is used and maintained in a condition fit for that use and any defects reported immediately to management.
- Where an employee identifies any condition which in his or her opinion is hazardous, the situation is immediately reported to their immediate manager.
- During their normal duties, the team use equipment and facilities that are fit and proper for the intended purpose in a safe, correct manner.

5. Customer Service Culture
- Instil & uphold our customer service culture where the customer always comes first. This includes customer service culture for our internal customers and external customers
- Ensure that all customer queries received are handled competently and effectively. This includes interdepartmental customers and applies when external customers are ‘onsite’
- Ensure that in all aspects of the role, product safety, legality and quality systems are adhered to and maintained
