Dr. Tim Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, establish ROI on marketing and ad spend, and generate insightful reports to assist with optimisation.
Dr. Tim Ltd is an online education company that provides high-quality video-based instruction for longevity and wellness practitioners for a world-wide audience. The company’s roots are in the medical aesthetics field, and the online aesthetics courses and membership are designed to build confidence, knowledge and technique at every stage, working from foundation level to advanced treatments and the management of complications. You are the perfect fit for this role if you have a strong background in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing audiences, placing ads, and using data to drive marketing decisions.
You possess excellent project management skills and excel at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Analysing data thrills you and you love testing different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve current and future marketing and advertising campaigns.

**Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)**
- Paid Advertising Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Audience Targeting:
- Develop and manage audience segments for targeted advertising, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
- ROI Analysis:
- Establish and track ROI for all paid advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budgets.
- Sales Attribution:
- Implement and refine attribution models to accurately assign sales and conversions to specific campaigns (e.g. Hyros)
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising.
**Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)**
- This position is for a person who is:_
- Proficient with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
- In possession of strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Experienced with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with software, Hyros, or something similar
- Experience with software Go High Level
- An excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Proactive and takes initiative

- Additional requirements:_
- Available to travel to our office in Holmes Chapel, England at least once per month
- Located with 2 hours of the UK time zones
- Access to a computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable and distraction-free work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
- This position is NOT for someone who:_
- Dislikes studying and analyzing data
- Doesn’t understand how to make strategic, data-driven decisions
- Enjoys being micromanaged
- Is unavailable to work during UK time zones
