HR Advisor

**Role: HR Advisor - 35 hours per week - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday**
**Location - West Kinfauns, Perth**

**About you**:
Are you a motivated and well organised HR professional with strong administration skills and the ability to build lasting internal customer relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Head Office Human Resources Team in Perth.

**The role**:
This is a well-rounded role which includes a good mix of HR administration, as well as interesting case work.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a full administrative service throughout all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Administering HR files, dealing with recruitment, starters and leavers, and ensuring all paperwork and processes are followed, including absence recording, holidays, and flagging up any attendance issues.
- Liaising with the payroll department with regards to starters, leavers and employment contract changes.
- Work in partnership to support employees and managers in providing advice on first line HR enquiries relating to factual policies and procedural information.
- Liaising with our external HR advisers for challenging cases, where additional support is required.
- Advising managers of HR processes and how to manage various issues that arise, ensuring the business remains compliant at all times.
- Ad hoc projects, such as TUPE transfers and policy changes.
- Preparing and issuing offers and contracts of employment, undertaking right to work checks

**What you’ll need**:
A people focused attitude with strong customer service and administration skills are essential along with HR knowledge gained from your experience in a similar type of role.
