Operations Administrator

**Job Summary**

Falcon Tower Crane Services Ltd are the largest tower crane supplier in the UK, hiring just under 430 tower cranes, 300 diesel generators and operate 25 HGV’s across the country.

We are looking for a full-time administrator within the very busy Operations Department, to be based in Shipdham, Norfolk. You will be primarily working within a small team responsible for planning the operations to erect and dismantle tower cranes across the country. You will be required to carry out general administration duties including the booking of hotels, updating existing spreadsheets, assisting with customer queries, as well as arranging road closures and offering support to the RAMS department.

**Primary Responsibilities / Skills**
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good command of the English language.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure. The role can be demanding, working with the hub of this very successful company, no two days will be the same.
- Experience in planning/scheduling is preferred.

Salary - £32,000.00 per annum depending on experience. Hours of work are between 08:00am to 18:00pm or 07:00am to 17:00pm, with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
