**Operations Administrator**

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Location**:Shipdham, Norfolk

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00 pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm

**Salary**: £32,000 per annum

Within the Falcon Group is Falcon Tower Crane Services, the largest tower crane supplier in the UK and one of the largest in the world with just under 450 tower cranes nationwide. Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freightwhich operates a fleet of 27 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes.

We are looking for a full-time administrator within the very busy Operations Department, to be based in Shipdham, Norfolk. You will be primarily working within a small team responsible for planning the operations to erect and dismantle tower cranes acrossthe country.

**Responsibilities - Operations Administrator**:

- Arranging of resources for erection and dismantling operations.
- Liaising with customers to arrange suitable dates for operations.
- Liaising with internal departments and external companies to complete operation requirements.
- Arranging of Road Closures and Traffic Management.
- Scheduling of crews to erection and dismantling operations.
- General administration duties including the booking of hotels, updating existing spreadsheets, assisting with customer queries.
- Offering support to the RAMS department.

**Skills - Operations Administrator**:

- A good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and SharePoint.
- Confident with an excellent phone manner.
- Flexible attitude to working hours and work well as part of a team.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in planning/scheduling is preferred.
- Good location knowledge as will be responsible for scheduling the crews into the works planner.
- Good understanding of numeracy.
