We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who is able to manage both New Build and Refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland. This role will be a key role to assist in the overall success of delivering a high volume pipeline of new restaurants.Enhancing what is an already successful property team, maintaining the highest standards of delivery. We are looking for an experienced and committed construction professional, determined to succeed with the agility to react to our fast paced company ethos.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct feasibility reports on prospective sites.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, landlords, design team consultants, planners/LPA’s, contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project programmes for all pre and post contract activities
- Manage and drive the planning, design and utilities.
- Ability to balance priorities and deadlines, adapting to change promptly.
- Assess and manage project costs.
- Risk management of projects.
- Manage directs - overseeing ordering and tracking of materials, equipment and suppliers.
- Ability to work within a clear governance parameter.

**Requirement/Experience**:

- Self-motivated and driven individual, prepared to commit to delivering projects within a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Must have proven retail/hospitality experience in delivering both New build and Refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Experienced construction knowledge.
- Must have strong knowledge of the planning process.
- Strong capability to understand and manage costs utilising a pragmatic approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels.
