Our admin team supports the all facets of the college including our program for over 25s & Enterprise Department.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- To assist in the timely and accurate provision of budget monitoring and other information to managers.
- To raise and authorise orders, payments and invoice requests on the appropriate system, ensuring that the correct expenditure codes are used and VAT is recorded correctly.
- To undertake monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Raise termly Local Authorities invoices
- Raise quarterly invoices for ‘Flourish’ (day services)
- Track income receipts
- To assist with the debt recovery procedure in respect of unpaid invoices.
- Petty Cash management & reconciliation
- Cash collection & pay in
- Allocation of income on systems
- Multi credit card management.
- Contract Register Management.
- Monitor Budget vs. Actual provided by National Office on a monthly basis.
- Produce summary notes to Commercial Business Manager and Principal for monthly management reports.
- Collaborate with education finance staff from other sites regarding policy, process, and best practice.

**Essential Experience & Skills**
- Use of Financial Management Systems.
- Professional use of Microsoft Office suite with a focus on MS Excel.
- Prioritising tasks, working to deadlines, & using own initiative to manage workload.
- Excellent oral, IT, and written communication skills.
- Maintaining high level organisation
- Respecting high levels of confidentiality
- Relevant and formally recognised professional finance and/or school business qualification, such as AAT.
- Relevant academic qualifications at A-level (or equivalent) or higher.
- Experience of working in a school environment.
- Knowledge of education financial management systems.
- Knowledge of educational finance and relevant legislation and practice.
- Awareness of Child & Adult Protection policies.
