We are currently looking for an **EHS Admin Specialist** to join us at our facility in **Wellingborough, UK.**

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and well-organized Health & Safety Administrator to join the company in providing administrative support to our Health & Safety Advisor.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Upload incident, audit findings, and corrective action onto ETQ (training provided)
- Schedule training, annual inspections and update records.
- Coordinate health surveillance.
- When required, order PPE.
- Handout safety eyewear vouchers.
- Collect information and input data on environmental emissions, water usage and power usage once a year.
- Put together toolbox talks.
- Accurately input data and update information onto various databases within the company.
- Supporting EHS Advisor in working through the integration plan.
- Carry out daily COMAH calculations (training provided).

**Key requirements**:

- Years of experience: We are looking for either 1) someone willing to go through safety & and environmental training that will be provided by the company or 2) someone with a strong safety background with safety qualifications, who can do various assessments such as COSHH assessments, Manual handling assessment, General risk assessments (working autonomously).
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Numerate and able to use Excel to an intermediate level.
- Experience operating in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to understand and analyze information, and maintain structured filing systems.
- Strong organizational and administration skills, including exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- High level of professionalism.
- Able to work effectively alone, managing their workload.
- Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
