Our client, a leading manufacturer in their industry, is looking for an Administration Supervisor to join their Glasgow-based team, on a full-time and permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within an established business.

**Interested? You will also work over a 4-day week, working 38 hours across Monday - Thursday 7-5. Please note, this is a fully office-based position.**

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Lead and manage the Admin Department, ensuring efficient processes are in place
- Provide assistance with HR admin, sales orders, and invoices
- Support and guide the administrative staff, encouraging the growth and development of the team
- Communicate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop policies and procedures
- Assist with recruitment and training of admin staff
- Administrative experience, ideally within a supervisor or team leader capacity
- Proven track record of coordinating admin tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with Sage 200 (desirable)

**Salary**: £24,700.00-£28,652.00 per year
