We are recruiting for a Bereavement Midwifery Care Assistant/Admin Support who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

With support and guidance assist the Bereavement Midwife in implementing the Standards of the National Bereavement Care Pathway

The post holder will assist in providing the highest standards of maternity / 2 nd Trimester loss bereavement care alongside the bereavement midwife.

Under the guidance, and with the support, of the Bereavement Midwife, to assist with the coordination and delivery of all aspects of Bereavement Service on Maternity for families who have experienced late miscarriage, Medical Termination of Pregnancy, Stillbirth or Neonatal Death.

The post holder will assist in undertaking bereavement audits in accordance with the implementation of Bereavement pathways and standards and procedures.
