Auditor

Tymia Limited is looking for individuals with Auditing experience who also posses general Cleaning knowledge to work within multiple hospitals within the London south East Area.

**Job Role**

Responsibility for efficient and effective collation of data in support of the patient/customer experience. Recording and administration of information (directly/indirectly) through monitoring, audit and survey. Recording and reporting of information in support of ISS H&S/Food Safety/Quality systems

**Key Responsibilities**
- To undertake monitoring, audits and surveys in all services including Catering, Cleaning and Logistics**:

- **using/embracing technology/systems where appropriate
- To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff working within
- To maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies **and **procedures.
- Produce information accurately and within the required deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is maintained at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in line with Company and Trust policy, where appropriate.

**Experience**
- Experience in Administration systems
- quality control systems
- H & S / Food safety systems
- General knowledge of Cleaning

**Skills**
- Good level of numeracy and understanding of budgets.
- Pro active
- organisational and rapport building skills
- Cleaning experience

**Shifts/Pay rate**
- 37.5 Hours a week
- Monday to Friday
- £23,000 Per annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lambeth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Auditing or Admin: 1 year (preferred)
