Job Summary
Full order responsibility for a range of general items including the raising and progression of Purchase Orders
- Collation of Supplier information
- Contacting and liaison with internal departments reference their requirements
- Assisting with invoice approval and closing open orders
- Collation of data and production of monthly supply chain metrics
- Assisting with pricing investigations and analysing Supplier quotes/tender offers
- Supporting an EMEA wide project reviewing the management and ownership of consumables
- Capturing, inputting and cleansing of both procurement and inventory data in preparation for the introduction of a new ERP system
- When available, supporting the Inventory Team with their analysis tasks
- Completing tasks as directed by Line Manager
