Walter Carefoot & Sons (Construction) Ltd is a successful Construction Company who continually strive to be at the forefront of their Industry in North West England. We are a regional contractor with over 90 years’ experience of working on projects ranging from £500,000.00 to £10M in value.
We operate under a number of Framework Agreements carrying out Partnered Projects for the Public and Private Sector, principally focusing on the Education, NHS, Commercial & Leisure Sectors of the Industry.
Due to the continued growth of our company we are expanding our team and have a vacancy for a Bid Writer / BDM.
- Responsibilities: _
**Working for Carefoot Write high-quality and customer-focused responses: Responses that are clear, compliant, persuasive and well-structured.**
- 26 Days Holiday + Statutory **Edit and proofread responses: To ensure they answer the question and score**:

- Pension maximum points, and to improve the structure, readability, grammar, spelling,
- Continued Professional punctuation and impact.

Development Programme **Develop win themes: Work with colleagues from the wider bid team to identify client**
- Training drivers and our key selling points.
- Competitive Salary **Plan and coordinate the delivery of submissions: Develop bid plans, schedule reviews and update bid plan trackers to ensure we meet strict deadlines.**:

- Prepare and assist with post tender presentations: Support the development of client
- facing presentations after tenders have been submitted.

How to Apply
- Ability to quickly interpret and understand information and confidence to challenge solutions to ensure that they exceed client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
