The **Bid Writer** should have a background in technical writing, databases, and working with product designers and developers, as you will be responsible for designing, writing and producing technical documentation manuals, working on technology-based projects, and supporting production of bids. Previous work with software programmes, image translation software and Microsoft Office will also give you a strong advantage.

The role is required on site 5 days a week. The salary for this position is dependent on experience, between £30,000 and £40,000.

**Bid Writer** requirements:

- Technical writing experience
- Engineering knowledge/background
- Experience producing and updating internal and external documents and manuals
- Ability to use image translation software
- Proficient in computer skills, publishing programmes, and databases
- Organised and the ability to motivate
