**Our fantastic, rapidly growing client within the local region is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join their team in Silloth, Cumbria.**

**Job Title: Production Operative**

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Pay Rate: £11.25

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment on the fertiliser production line.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products are being manufactured according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Driving license and own transport due to location of site
