We are looking to employ a full time, permanent HR Generalist with outstanding administrative and

communication skills. You will be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time

management skills. Reliability is essential and you should have the ability to accurately follow

instructions, meet deadlines, and be able to prioritise tasks.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,

recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Maintain Employee records
- Act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt

resolution of requests and questions.

- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform Inductions for new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience within a HR role (essential).
- Exposure to labour law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
