We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team, who is confident in a fast paced, fast changing environment. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role will also include overseeing the full recruitment and onboarding process. This is a full-time position based at our Guildford campus, however sit as part of our Group HR function, which is a team of three, who support 3 campuses, a recording studio and a theatre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hold responsibility for the recruitment and onboarding processes for the organisation
- Completing leaver processes
- Writing agendas and minutes for the HR team
- General administration including but not limited to draft contracts, offer letters, uploading details to the HRIS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Pay**:£26,396.00-£29,619.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources department
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity in using a variety of recruitment functions (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, Recruitment companies, Company website posting)
- Experience in use of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft or Bespoke)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes (e.g. LinkedIn)

**Licence/Certification**:

- right to work in the UK (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
