**Description**

Senior carers play a vital role in ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to individuals in need while also managing and supporting a team of caregivers to maintain a positive and efficient caregiving environment.

We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care and support to both our staff and our service users. You will be part of a team of seniors who can lead a team effectively whilst also maintaining a highly standard of professionalism.

**Duties to include but not limited to**:
1. Supervision: Overseeing and guiding a team of caregivers, providing support, and ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.

2. Direct Care: Assisting individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management.

3. Assessment and Planning: Evaluating the needs of service users, creating care plans, and updating them as necessary in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

4. Communication: Liaising with families, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

5. Training and Support: Providing training and guidance to junior staff, offering support, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise within the caregiving team.

6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service users' conditions, treatments, and progress according to relevant policies and procedures.
